At Jockstrap, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, undergarments must be returned with all protective seals intact and tags attached.

Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Ship the Package

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
